1. The service
GraphicBeast provides tools for brand and product information management, AI-assisted copy and image creation, creative review, asset storage, calendar planning and supported social publishing. Features, limits and availability may vary by plan, account type, platform eligibility and product stage.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and authorised to act for any organisation or brand you connect to GraphicBeast. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and promptly notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for managing your authorised users.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content and brand materials you submit, subject to third-party rights. You grant TRIONYX a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure and support GraphicBeast.
You are responsible for confirming the accuracy, legality and suitability of every headline, claim, offer, image, caption, hashtag and scheduled post before use. You must have the necessary rights to products, trademarks, logos, photographs, people, music and other materials you provide or publish.
4. AI-assisted outputs
GraphicBeast uses automated systems to assist with writing and visual creation. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other content or unsuitable for a particular claim, audience or jurisdiction. They are drafts until reviewed and approved by you.
You must independently review factual claims, prices, promotions, regulated-product language, intellectual-property risks and platform compliance. TRIONYX does not guarantee exclusivity, originality, advertising performance or approval by a third-party platform.
5. Instagram connection and publishing
Instagram connection is optional and available only for eligible account types supported by Meta. Authorisation takes place through official Meta or Instagram interfaces. You authorise GraphicBeast to use the permissions you grant solely to identify the connected professional account and perform supported publishing actions requested through the service.
Meta may change permissions, eligibility, limits or platform availability. We do not guarantee that a scheduled post will publish at an exact time or that Instagram will accept every asset. You remain responsible for reviewing publishing status and removing unwanted published content directly from Instagram when necessary.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use GraphicBeast to:
- Violate law, platform policy or another person’s rights.
- Create deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, exploitative or illegal content.
- Publish content you do not have the right to use.
- Probe, disrupt or bypass security, usage controls or account separation.
- Share access outside authorised users or resell the service without written permission.
- Attempt to automate engagement, scrape platforms or use GraphicBeast beyond its supported official integrations.
7. Plans, limits and payment
Where paid access applies, fees, allowances and renewal terms will be communicated before purchase or in a separate order. Usage allowances and revision credits may not roll over unless expressly stated. Taxes and third-party charges may apply. App-store or payment-provider terms may also govern transactions processed through them.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep GraphicBeast reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may depend on AI providers, hosting systems, Meta APIs, device software and internet connectivity. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for security, compliance, maintenance or product reasons.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GraphicBeast is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or guaranteed business results. TRIONYX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or third-party platform actions arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using GraphicBeast and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, unlawful use or platform-policy violations. On termination, publishing may stop and access to stored content may end, subject to our deletion and legal-retention obligations.
11. Governing terms and updates
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith. We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the current effective date.
