1. Scope and operator
GraphicBeast is an AI-assisted content creation, asset-library, scheduling and social publishing service operated by TRIONYX. This policy applies when you create an account, provide brand or product information, generate content, contact support or connect an eligible Instagram Professional account.
If your organisation provides your GraphicBeast account, your organisation may also control account administration and the content submitted by its authorised users.
2. Information we collect
Account information
We may process your name, work email address, account identifier, authentication records, organisation or brand association, subscription or usage allowance and basic support history.
Brand, product and creative information
We process information you choose to provide, including brand guidelines, tone of voice, audience information, product facts, product images, logos, campaign inputs, generated copy, generated designs, revision instructions and scheduled content.
Usage and technical information
We may process security and service events such as feature usage, request status, error codes, device or platform type and timestamps. We design operational logs to avoid storing passwords, provider tokens, full creative prompts or unnecessary personal content.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure and maintain GraphicBeast.
- Generate brand-aware copy and visual content requested by you.
- Store your content library, calendar and publishing preferences.
- Authenticate users, enforce account permissions and prevent abuse.
- Operate support, troubleshoot failures and communicate service information.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms and protect users and the service.
We do not sell personal information or Instagram data. We do not use Instagram authorization data to build advertising profiles or automate likes, follows, comments, direct messages or scraping.
4. Instagram connection and publishing data
When you choose to connect Instagram, we may process the connected Instagram account ID, account type, permission scopes, connection status, token-expiry information, publishing preferences and an encrypted authorization token. We use this information only to verify the eligible account, maintain the authorised connection and publish content you have scheduled or approved through GraphicBeast.
GraphicBeast currently requests only the permissions needed for basic professional-account identification and content publishing. Publishing remains subject to Meta’s eligibility rules, platform availability, rate limits and policies. You can disconnect in GraphicBeast under Settings → Connect Instagram or revoke access in Meta or Instagram settings. Disconnecting stops future publishing, removes the stored token and returns queued unpublished posts to drafts.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account and customer content while the account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and maintain security records. OAuth states are short-lived. Instagram tokens are retained only while needed for the authorised connection and are deleted when the connection or account is removed through the supported process.
You can permanently delete your account under Settings → Data & privacy. Live customer content and private files are removed, followed by the authentication account. A non-identifying deletion receipt may be retained for up to 90 days. Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 60 days after deletion and are not restored for ordinary product use. 7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You may also withdraw Instagram access through Meta or Instagram settings. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account before completing a request.
You may decline to connect Instagram and continue using supported creation and planning features. Revoking access prevents future publishing but does not automatically remove posts already published to Instagram.
8. Security
We use measures designed to protect customer data, including authenticated access controls, tenant separation, encrypted provider-token storage, rate limits, short-lived authorisation state, restricted service credentials and monitored operational events. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your GraphicBeast, email, Meta and device accounts and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
9. Children
GraphicBeast is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
10. International processing and changes
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards. We may update this policy as GraphicBeast develops. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, an in-product or account notice.
