1. Disconnect Instagram
- Sign in to GraphicBeast.
- Open Settings → Connect Instagram.
- Select Disconnect Instagram and confirm.
GraphicBeast immediately stops future automatic publishing, deletes the stored connection and encrypted authorisation token, and returns queued unpublished posts to drafts. You can reconnect later through the official Meta authorisation flow.
2. Delete your GraphicBeast account and data
- Sign in to GraphicBeast.
- Open Settings → Data & privacy.
- Select Delete account and data.
- Review the consequences, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.
The signed-in session verifies ownership. The live deletion process starts immediately and signs you out when complete. This action cannot be undone.
3. If you cannot access the app
Email support@trionyxaimarketing.com from the address associated with your account whenever possible. Include your name, organisation or brand name and whether you want an Instagram connection removed or the complete account deleted.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card information or government identity documents unless we specifically explain a secure and necessary verification method.
4. What happens next
In-app deletion removes live customer data as part of the confirmed request. Assisted requests require account-ownership verification and may take up to 30 days where investigation, shared-account authority or legal obligations require additional review. Administrator accounts use an assisted review so the service is not accidentally left unmanaged.
5. Data covered by a complete deletion
Depending on what exists in the account, deletion may cover:
- GraphicBeast account profile and brand association.
- Brand Brain and Product Encyclopedia information.
- Uploaded logos, product images and private creative assets.
- Generated copy, designs, revision history and library records.
- Calendar items, publishing preferences and notification records.
- Instagram account identifiers, connection state and stored authorisation token.
Where deletion of a shared organisation account is requested, we may require confirmation from an authorised account owner before removing information belonging to other users.
6. Limited retention
A non-identifying deletion receipt is retained for up to 90 days for operational verification, then purged. We may retain other limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting or legal obligations.
Encrypted backup copies may persist for up to 60 days after deletion before scheduled removal. They are not used for ordinary product activity after deletion. If disaster recovery uses an older backup, completed deletion requests are reconciled before service access is restored. Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained for service reliability and analysis.
